Born and raised in Stillwater, MN, with very Scandinavian bloodlines, he traveled the world for work after living and working in Puerto Rico in the early 2000s. Food, flavors, textures, colors, and smells took on a new meaning and fostered a newfound love of cuisine. After finding Luisa and adding her Colombian flair and passion (by passion, I mean fire 🔥), they seamlessly blend to complement each other like their Drool’Worthy Creations.

Born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, she has traveled to many countries and settled in Minnesota after finding this gringo that could cook. Thankfully, he has a passion for the beauty and vibrancy of the culture and learned Spanish and how to interpret the culture along the way.
